The Cold Steel Counter Tac II Fixed Blade Boot is a fixed blade with a spear point working profile, AUS-8 blade steel, and a plain cutting edge. The fixed construction removes the pivot and lock found on folders, giving the knife a rigid platform for the tactical, outdoor, or carry role this model was designed to fill.
The knife is supplied with a Secure-Ex belt sheath so the blade can be covered during storage and transport. Its category assignment reflects the actual use and carry style of the model, placing compact concealed designs under Boot & Neck Knives and heavier-duty models under Tactical Fixed Blade rather than leaving them in the generic fixed-blade category.
