A quarter-turn seat-post mount for a Varia radar tail light or bike tail light, sold separately. The obvious use is a second bike, so the light moves across without unbolting anything.
It fits round seat posts from 27.0 mm to 31.6 mm in diameter and includes two fitting shims to take up the difference.
