The Lansky Deluxe Sharpening System is a five-stone guided kit that holds a precise angle on every stroke. It includes extra coarse, coarse, medium, fine and ultra fine hones. That progression takes a blade from badly damaged to a polished, razor edge.
A precision multi-angle flip-over knife clamp holds the blade, and a guide rod on each hone sets the angle. Flip the clamp to sharpen the second side without unclamping the knife. The hones sit in color-coded, finger-grooved safety holders.
