The Rough Rider Minute Man Trapper sets a stainless clip blade with a spey blade, complete with historically themed handle artwork, fitted to a white bone handle with nickel silver bolsters.
Everyday cutting is the clip blade’s part, while the spey blade’s flatter edge and rounded tip is purpose-built for detail work and skinning tasks a pointed blade handles less cleanly, the same proven pairing that’s made the trapper one of the most enduring traditional patterns. That handle artwork depicts a Revolutionary War-era Minute Man alongside Second Amendment imagery, a piece of American constitutional history rendered directly on the white bone handle. Blade etching adds a further decorative touch beyond a plain, unmarked blade.
Opening is by nail nick, the way these have always worked, and each blade is held in place by a slip joint, which relies on spring tension instead of a mechanical locking bar. At a full 4.13 inches closed, this trapper carries with substance while staying pocketable. Historically themed handle artwork like this adds a layer of collector interest beyond the knife itself.
