The SureFire UE rear cap in tan is a replacement component for compatible M300 and M600 lights. It performs the same rear-cap role as the black UE version but uses a tan exterior. The part is sold as a component, not as a complete weapon light.
Model compatibility should be the first check because the UE cap is intended for the M300/M600 family named in the listing. After fit is confirmed, the tan finish lets the cap coordinate with a tan light body or other similarly colored hardware. Any switch or remote-control accessory used with the cap still needs to match the required SureFire interface.
This version is useful when a damaged cap needs replacement or when a tan configuration is preferred over the black alternative. Keeping the exact light model in mind will prevent a color-based purchase from overlooking fit.
