Multi-Therapy Percussion Massager
Theragun Prime Plus Multi-Therapy Massage Gun
The Prime Plus is the Prime chassis with a second therapy wired into the head. Its Heated Percussive Plus attachment warms while it strikes, across three heat levels, and the same handle drives five massage speeds. Heat and percussion arrive at the muscle from one head, in one pass, without stopping to swap devices.
The head is also a socket. Every Theragun multi-therapy Plus Attachment fits the Prime Plus, so a Cold Plus or Vibration Plus attachment turns the same handle into a cold or vibration device later on. Those are sold separately. What ships in the box is the heated head plus three standard percussive heads, a USB-C cable, QuietForce Technology oil and a travel pouch.

Features
Massage plus heat, from one head
Four things separate the Prime Plus from a standard percussive massager: a heated head, an attachment system that accepts other therapies, controls that stay on the device, and a body built to be dropped.
?Recover faster and more effectively with powerful massage plus heatThe Heated Percussive Plus attachment carries three heat levels and is included in the box. Therabody’s claim is that heat and percussion together work faster than percussive massage alone; the specification behind that claim is three heat settings, adjustable during a session.3 heat levels included?More treatments. One device. The Prime Plus takes the full Theragun line of multi-therapy Plus Attachments. The Cold Plus Attachment adds three levels of cold therapy. The Vibration Plus Attachment is made for sore joints and sensitive areas. Both are sold separately and fit the same head mount.Cold and Vibration Plus compatible?Personalized treatment in a simple, easy-to-use designSpeed and heat are set with buttons on the device and read back on LED indicators. Five massage speeds and three heat levels give fifteen combinations, all reachable without opening a phone.5 speeds × 3 heat levels?Treat everywhere, from anywhereTherabody’s patented triangle design has been re-engineered here with a smaller, non-slip grip. The body is drop and scratch resistant and rated to survive a fall from ten feet, and a travel lock keeps it from firing inside a bag.Drop-rated to 10 feet

In Detail
Three things to look at closely
Heat therapy
The heat lives in the attachment, so it lands where the stroke lands
The Heated Percussive Plus head warms at the same point it strikes, so one pass over a muscle delivers both therapies to the same spot. Three heat levels are selectable, and the head is the one fitted in the box, so heat is available on day one with nothing else to buy. Therabody does not publish the temperature each level reaches for this model, so no figure in degrees appears on this page.
- Three science-backed levels of heat, set on the device
- Heated Percussive Plus attachment included in the box
- Heat level and massage speed are adjusted independently
- Therabody’s claim: heat with percussion works faster than percussive massage alone
- No temperature figures are published for the Prime Plus heat levels

Two settings, both on the handle
The Prime Plus has no screen. It has buttons and a row of LED indicators, one bank for massage speed and one for heat, and that is the whole interface. Five speeds and three heat levels are stepped through with a thumb while the device is still on the muscle. The Therabody app is optional and connects over Bluetooth for step-by-step guided routines and Coach AI recommendations.
- Personalized treatment at your fingertips with simple on-device controls
- LED indicators read back the current massage speed and heat level
- Five massage speeds, three heat levels
- Guided warm-up and recovery with the Therabody app over Bluetooth
- Coach AI in the app builds recovery plans from your goals and activity

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Included. The Heated Percussive Plus attachment ships in the box along with the Dampener, Standard Ball and Wedge. The Cold Plus and Vibration Plus attachments are the ones sold separately.Therabody publishes the count of heat levels but no temperature figures for the Prime Plus. Other Theragun models quote degrees. This one does not, so the number stays off this page; carrying a figure across from another device would be a guess.Five massage speeds, stepped through with the on-device buttons and shown on LED indicators. Heat is set on its own control, so any speed can be paired with any of the three heat levels. The live product copy states that the quiet, anti-stall motor withstands 40 lbs of pressure. That figure comes from the product page for this model. Therabody’s own specification table does not list a stall force, so treat 40 lbs as the manufacturer’s copy claim. We are not publishing a weight for this device. Therabody currently prints the same weight string on three differently sized Theragun products, which cannot all be correct. We have left it off until Therabody corrects it. Dimensions, which are unique to this model, appear above.8.4 in x 6 in x 7.8 in, or 214 mm x 153 mm x 199 mm. That is a full-size handle, sized around the triangle grip. For something that packs into a jacket pocket, look at the Mini line.150 minutes, with Therabody noting that battery life varies by attachment. Running the heated head draws more current than a plain percussive head, so heat-heavy sessions shorten that figure.Therabody rates the Prime Plus to withstand drops up to 10 feet. The body is also listed as scratch resistant, and a travel lock stops the motor firing while the device is packed.Therabody lists the material as (PC+ABS) + TPU; steel + aluminum. The TPU is the grip surface, which was re-engineered on this model to be smaller and non-slip.The Prime Plus is compatible with the Theragun line of multi-therapy Plus Attachments. The Cold Plus Attachment carries three levels of cold therapy for injuries and inflammation. The Vibration Plus Attachment is made for sore joints and sensitive areas. Both are sold separately.No. Control is by button with LED indicators for speed and heat. If you want a display with visually guided routines playing on the device, look at the PRO Plus or the Sense G2.Therabody describes the motor as quiet but publishes no decibel figure for the Prime Plus. A percentage claim about noise appears in one marketing graphic and nowhere in the specification, so we do not repeat it.The free app pairs over Bluetooth and adds step-by-step guided warm-up and recovery routines plus Coach AI, which builds a plan from your goals and activity data. The device runs fully without it.Therabody lists it as FDA Registered. Registration means the device and its manufacturer are listed with the agency; it is a different status from FDA clearance, and we use the exact wording Therabody uses.Therabody publishes no amplitude figure for this model. The Prime and the PRO Plus both quote 16mm and the Sense G2 quotes 12mm, but no depth is stated for the Prime Plus, so none is claimed here.A 1-year limited warranty. Charging is over USB-C with the cable supplied in the box.
